Do you have discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do. If you are ordering more than 5 items at a time, we offer a discount so you can save money. However, discounts from our vouchers online are not applicable when used with our bulk order discounts. Also, other promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this discount.

What are your return policies?

If you received a defective item, which is very unlikely, you have 48 hours to return the item in its complete packaging. You can use the same courier that was used to deliver the item you ordered. Don’t worry about the charges because we got it covered for you.

How fast is the shipping?

Shipping time is actually dependent on you. You will have to choose which courier are you going to use. However, for our free shipping option, expect to receive the item within 7-10 business days upon confirming your payment. You can have it expedited for a fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally so long as our partner courier operates in the country where you will ship the item. Alternatively, we can also have it picked up in one of our partner stores in the country where we have a partner. For the list, you can send us a message to give you the list.

Do you have corporate discounts?

For corporate orders, we offer a different discount especially if we are the ones who will install the system in your business. Kindly contact us through the request a quote page and indicate that you are interested in our corporate offers. We’ll get back to you in 48 hours except weekends.
